About Me
Lavi Crain is an emerging talent in USA Gymnastics, known for clean execution and strong all-around performances. As a member of Team USA, Crain represents the next generation of American gymnasts, combining technical skill with artistic expression while setting her sights on future international success.
Lavi Crain comes from a multicultural background, with her mother originally from South Korea and her father from the United States. This blend of cultures has played a meaningful role in shaping her identity, giving her an appreciation for both Korean and American traditions, values, and perspectives.
Outside of gymnastics, Lavi enjoys exploring creative outlets and staying connected with friends and family. She has an interest in reading and drawing, often using them as ways to express her personality beyond the competition floor. Like many athletes her age, she also values downtime to relax and experience new things, balancing the intensity of elite training with moments that keep her grounded and inspired.
