A then 5-year-old,Emma Hunt, tagged along to the climbing gym one day with her Dad after he decided to take up climbing as exercise. They started going as a family and Emma’s love grew for the sport as well as her talent. She started competing at 8 years old and now at 23, she is holding the World Record in Speed climbing.

Emma is the first woman to break the 6 second barrier in speed climbing and has officially stamped her name in the history books. Currently training towards the LA28 Olympic Games, she looks to continue her record breaking performances.

Emma recently graduated from Kennesaw University where she majored in Spanish, Modern Languages and looking into pursuing a degree in Healthcare Sciences.
